DayZ Update

Is this Prison like the prison kinda server where you "mine your way to freedom?" Or more like the Cops n' Robbers idea? Whats the point in fighting PKs?

This is an interesting remake of Ex DayZ which I miss IDK if I'd rather have this... How big will the FreeLands be?

 

Look up Bothan spy battlefront on youtube and copy that type of gun its really original and creative. Maybe Gun you hold r click to charge and L click to shoot? The more charge the more DMG? Im guessing your not considering much new guns for DayZ if so tell me my heads full of ideas for new realistic guns and fantasy guns. I will make a Gun Thread on suggested new guns. Some kinda special grenade launcher? Shoots tear gas, concussion, flash, etc?

Make Miniguns harder to get... wait a month or 2 then Buff them maybe add a slowness while holding maybe remove em from tier 1s.

Re-Add a weapon that when held makes you have speed maybe a walking stick?

Add some other Rocket Launcher? What happened to law?

Add a artillery gun/artillery tank (shoots up and falls?) can break barricades but not new building materials, if its like a held item then have like slowness 3 when held.

FIX Soul Guns some guns can scope unless there soul my soul PSG1 dont scope, and maybe make them allowed to be boped or you have a chance of getting them boped in soul crates, remove eating guns, remove durability.
I think special stacking based on gun power and size and rarity would be cool. And upgrade able banks that can grow bigger with huge money sums.

Remove Ammo from guns by placing in crafting you will get a empty gun and ammo (this is probaly impossible to make without destroying gun but that would be ok if it destroys gun.)

Get Rid of the cool down on throwing explosives, otherwise grenades are useless.

Make jugg slowness 1 not 2. Otherwise its worse than NS or even plain army. its fine with slowness 2 on WZ tho.

Add Bonus to wearing no armor like speed 1 when you have no armor, makes sense.

Make BPVs useful. Like 1/4 of the bullets dont affect you or buff its projectile protection.

Random Custom (the person with legendary doesnt pick) Kit for Legendary? Like random kits: Shadow- Full NS Ghillie 1 dimensional shift, Jetpack/ or tactical army knife. Psycho- Speed 1 Pot, Strenghth 1 Pot, Chainsaw, Splash Poison 2. FleetFoot- Speed 2, Jetpack, Fal, Protection 2 Chain mail. Stealthry- Invisible pot under 2min, night Camo Knife, Amt. ETC I can some up with more.
All have a week cool down.

Fix vehicles you are using from despawning, normally when i'm outside my vehicle when I see the clearlag I race to keep it from despawning and get in. Maybe a lifetime for a vehicle to reset after not being used? 5min?

I know you changed the infection system a little but either make them more damage per hit, or faster, or more common, or come in hordes often. Make a certain town that spawns Zombies alot!

Add some of your other mobs that you have skinned.

Survivor camp with banks but still pvp but no placing?

Crazed Survivalist? A Villager with axe that attacks you or a zombie villager or wait for the next MC update and use Illagers.

Add a Lucky Civ Chest 1/100 chance for a chest to be filled to the brim with classic civ loot or add a hoarder mob or something.

Nature food? Wild hogs and bunnies, apples from trees, and maybe random potatos or carrots that you can either get from grass or find in certain areas and that reappear, edible seeds from grass.

Regular food too? The survive it all and stay good twinkie, also granola bar, crackers... and some drinks maybe powdered drink, tea, coke/soda,

Local Chat (I beleive you used to have this) use /lc (local chat)



Wait guns and items arent being Reset? Unless there stacked right?

Dont Item Reset I want my Non-Spawning Wepeons, My Densels wheat, my m110, my LSW, etc...

 

What I think would be cool is if we make the current Infected more like DayZ Extension. Where you can toggle a global chat and a local chat so it wasn't always "kill on sight" and surviving for the more OP guys would be just as hard as surviving as a "Explorer" or "Survivalist". Also to add the map from Extension onto the current one. I say that because that map had so much in it like more trees, holes, and rogue rivers that ran through the towns. (I remember this from the Extension DayZ in Citadel)

 

I have a suggestion. Add unloading guns please. For example, say i have a minigun at 97 ammo and a C7 at full ammo (40). You could transfer the C7's full ammo into the minigun, and then have (97+40) 137 ammo. Also, if you transfer the minigun's ammo into the C7, which in this case is more ammo than the C7 has max of, the full ammo (40) would go into the C7, and the remaining 97 would stay in the C7. You won't be able to unload small cal rounds into a gun that requires high cal sniper rounds, or it would be unfair. You can only unload guns into other guns of the same caliber ammo.

 

I also really liked the rarity of the items you got in game, so there would have to be a lot more custom crafting in order to survive and get stronger rear =3

 

Peacekeepers were a mistake in my opinion.

 

I loved Ex DayZ (I thought Ex meant extinction? not extension?)

 

Add tea please. If you do, please give me a special soulbound one named teatasse789. Tea is uncommon, regenerates 8 thirst and gives the drinker speed 1 for 5 seconds. Notice me please Yom-Senpai :3

 

Teatasse? if we add Tea as a drink then whats the point of it being soul bound?

Yeah extinction was around 100 years later after infected so the world would decay fall apart..

 

Either way looking forward to the new update no matter whats coming!
