updated bigger and better map

with enough work from builders such as myself, we could create a more Chernarus based Map that is much bigger than our current one. this could be paired with a reset and could make more of a attraction to more and new players, making the server more populated. overall this should work out. along with that I can make a optifine/oculus version of the resource pack making the zombies better with optifine, a resource pack update should also be a thing for newer fresher, more dayz style textures. also I can make a better gun plugin with some animations with enough work.
