Duct Tape Fixes Everything

    Duct tape:
    Found only in Dungeon/rare/legend crates
    Can repair an items durability a certain # of times before being used up, keeps enchants
    (e.g. Bayonette w/5 ig durability [not actual durability] crafted w/duct tape repairs 150 uses, or
    Kevlar vest running on red durability + Duct tape = 1/2 full Kevlar vest w/enchants)
    After an item is repaired a # of times with duct tape, turns into item called "Unrecognizable wad of duct tape"
    'Unrecognizable wad of tape' Works like a rock (throwable, potion effects), but only slowness for a few seconds.

    (Pls make this happen)
