Sorry to post about something old, but why did the store change to the party system?
What exactly was the EULA update?

If anyone can explain, I would be quite grateful.

From my understanding the eula update made it so you could no longer buy things like ranks tokens and such due to it giving players an unfair advantage over non donor players. The parties got added so it gave everyone a fair chance to obtain these perks and kits. Also, he kinda had to do this or he could risk losing his server.

Okay, but now it's harder to trade for said ranks and tokens.
It was a cool system of economy and now it kinda just sucks.
Huge player-led events are now hard/impossible to organize.
Maybe there could be a compromise, where you can buy ranks and tokens and kits,
    but buying parties is incentivized.

So maybe get a special rank for buying a certain amount of parties, with specific benefits, like 20$ store credit or something.
Whales/regular customers are important to sustaining a server, and randomizing what they get from what they buy could lead them
    to just quit altogether.

    God, I sound like a F2P dev.

Anyways, I guess I'm just nostalgic for ranks.
Thanks for clearing this up for me.
