Welp xXBerks534Xx tried scamming me and then when I started talking bout him he tried lying to cover himself up, I've got screenshots here:

Not really too much context here, but I'm pretty sure scamming is legal, and that you shouldn't do any deals that seem funky. Either way, doesn't seem that important.

 

Well I was told by some other folks that Berks was trying to scam them as well with the soul vector thing, so I made this post so people know not to trust him and not to do any deals with him.

Im not surprised this little faggot tired pulling something like this off. I scammed him ONCE and paid his stuff back in full over time. Even after this he'd ask for more, stating I owed it to him. At one point I tried buying his soul 50cal, and he tried swapping it multiple times.
Good to see someone is putting this in the spotlight.
(Disclaimer: I know I am somewhat hypocritical. I did a lot of scamming back in my active days. All the scams I did (including berks) were of low value. For the majority of scams I did, I felt bad and ended up giving the stuff back. None of my scams ever surpassed the value of 100k, hell, I dont think I scammed more than 70k. Point being, some scammers make 100s of thousands of tokens off people, not giving back a single cent. Me? I made nowhere NEAR that kind of money off scamming, and I was "kind" enough to give their items back. Believe me when I say this, I learned my lesson about scamming after the whole timberwolf incident.

It has been stated multiple times that scamming is allowed on the server even if frowned upon, so there's not much hope of getting him reprimanded if that was the goal. Did this kid scam? Wouldn't doubt it, the evidence seems to stack up. Screenshot clearly shows him offering a soul, he doesn't seem to be smart enough to deny it, but honestly what do you expect at this point? People are gonna take advantage of other people, its just human nature at this point, commemorations to trying to raise awareness but its never gonna stop.
You can't stop the plague, just put on your mask and pray for the best.
