Soul crate problem.

So i got a soul crate outta a leg crate and it says music disc, and wont open.. Yom? Jasper? help??

You should have taken a screenshot showed that you got it from a legendary crate, how do we know you didn't mistakenly buy a fake soul crate off of ah?
